1. How long does shipping take?
UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days.
International Orders: Estimated delivery within 12–28 business days.
2. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible.

3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order will be processed for shipping.
6. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@trendoro.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping times and costs vary based on location.
9. Are customs or import fees included?
Import duties or customs fees (if any) are not included in our prices and may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
